Safety Guidelines from Fondazione Giorgio Cini

Dear Guests,

The Loophole of Retreat event takes place in a historic and monumental architectural complex, whose pavement has irregularities. We hereby inform you of this and ask you to pay the utmost attention when entering spaces.

Should you detect a dangerous situation, please notify the closest service personnel immediately.

Everyone is welcome at the Loophole of Retreat event: we wish to create an inclusive event that ensures all guests have an enjoyable experience.

To make this possible, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Behavior

We recommend that guests behave appropriately, according to common sense standards. The following are some simple guidelines:

  • Do not run or shout inside the indoor and outdoor spaces
  • Consume food and drinks only in the dedicated areas
  • Do not leave garbage in the spaces
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, and balls of any kind are not allowed

CHILDREN

For safety issues, children must be supervised by an adult: this guideline applies to both internal and outdoor spaces.

PETS AND GUIDE DOGS

Pets, even small animals, are not allowed. Exceptions are guide dogs for visually impaired people, provided they are leashed and muzzled, and pets certified to support therapeutic treatment (pet therapy).

SMOKING BAN

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the interior spaces of the Fondazione Giorgio Cini. Guests will find dedicated smoking areas at the food court.

ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS

All rooms in which performances are held are accessible to people with disabilities. There are accessible toilets on the first floor – please ask the staff at the entrance for information.
